Pick up your accreditation

From Monday the 14th of Septembre (from 9AM), teams will be able to collect their accreditations and parking permits. Accreditations and parking permits must be collected at the accreditation centre, located at La Salle de la Colombière, at the entrance to Les Gets, on the Morzine side of the resort.

— Monday the 14th of September: 9AM-6PM 
— Tuesday the 15th of September: 9AM-6PM
— Wednesday the 16th of September: 9AM-6PM
— Thursday the 17th of September: 9AM-6PM
— Friday the 18th of September: 9AM-6PM
— Saturday the 19th of September: 9AM-6PM
— Sunday the 20th of September: 9AM-6PM

Team Area

Teams will be allocated according to their size, and to their UCI ranking. Teams are allowed to set up their stand from Monday 14th to Wednesday 16th. Very few non-UCI teams will be allowed to set up their areas on Thursday 17st.

According to the UCI regulations, all Elite MTB Teams must remain in place until the end of the last event on Sunday 20th. All the signs must be correctly fixed, weighed down or pegged to avoid any accident in case of heavy wind.

Additional information

— The area booked is the maximum space that can be used (size of the stand including team cars that are intended to be parked in the team zone!!!).
— All stands will be marked and measured by the organisers. — Exhibitors must check in with the organisers upon arrival at the Event Village.
— The organisers will direct exhibitors to the relevant stand location.
— Vehicle access and parking passes will be allocated according to the area booked upon the Organisation Committee. 

Team Zone rules

Please bring your own extension cable, minimum 30m long.

A dedicated bike wash station will be available on site. Teams who asked to get their own bike wash area will get private access where they will be able to plug their own high pressure washer (Please bring your own hosepipe, minimum 50m long).

A security firm will be on site every day from the end of the races to the start of the competitions the day after.

General waste and recycling bins are located throughout the venue. Please ensure that your team space is kept free of rubbish. For larger items please use the permanent grey bins which are located all around the village.
